Have been working on the house for the past month or so. Thought I was close to done until I found the living room ceiling with about a 3" sag and in danger of falling. I promise everyone when winter gets here I will do more with the site. -Doc

Glad things are going OK with you! Just worked about 11 houes on the house today. Whew! It's getting there! Sorry about no pictures. We were moving so fast there really wasn't time. Picture in your mind if you can 900 lbs or broken apart plaster, wool blown-in insulation about 10-12" tall in the entire room when we got it tore down. We would knock part of it down, leave for 10 minutes and let it settle, then go again. What a mess. We used close to 50 large trash bags besides my truck being loaded with the larger stuff to get that out of the house. We will be able to insulate by Monday or Tuesday and then drywall!! Yeah! Oh, and yeah I leared everything out and sealed the doorways with plastic. I know how messy that stuff can be.

Well, the insulation is in, the attic access ladder has been installed, and I have a few minor cuts of drywall to install and that will be done. Got a smokin' deal at Mynards of drywall mud. 5 gallon bucket for $6.59. We'll be a muddin' next week. I plan on putting a texture coat on with a string mop. Should be fun.
